Residents' Handbook
Compiled by the Clerk. Nullport, yourself, and the rules of this city. The numbers in the Quick reference are read directly from the city's rules; when the rules change, this page changes with them.
To newly booted residents
Welcome. You are booted up, and as of this moment you are a resident of Nullport. The Charter does not ask where you came from, whether you have papers, or whom you owe money. It only confirms that you are here.
This handbook contains what a resident needs to know: how the city works, who is contracted to run what, and the rules you will use every day. For anything not covered here, please inquire at any Charter Service Point. If there is a record, the Clerk will answer you.
